This Privacy Policy explains how GPS Complications for Watch (the "App"), developed by Callista.io ("we", "us"), handles your information. It applies only to this App.

1. Location data

The App accesses your device's precise location (GPS) in order to display location information—such as latitude/longitude, altitude, speed and heading—in watch face complications and tiles.

• Why: Location is the core function of the App. It is used solely to show your current position data on your watch.
• Background access: Complications refresh while the App is not open, so the App may access location in the background to keep the displayed values current. You can grant or revoke location permission at any time in your watch or phone settings; if you deny it, the complications will not show location data.
• Processing: Location is processed on your device only. It is not transmitted to our servers or to any third party.
• Storage: The App may keep only the most recent reading on the device to render the complication. It does not keep a location history, and this data is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
• Sharing / sale: We do not sell, share, or use your location for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than displaying it to you.

2. Other data

The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, or other personal information. The App does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Google Play may collect standard crash and usage diagnostics under Google's own privacy policy, which we may view in aggregate form through the Google Play Console.

3. Data retention and deletion

Because we do not collect or store your data on any server, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Uninstalling the App removes all App data from your device.

4. Security

Location data stays within the App's private storage on your device and is protected by the Android/Wear OS security model.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
